Responsible for the loaner pool inventory and acting as a liaison between the Service Depot, Upgrade/PM Coordinator, Field Service Team and Helpdesk. Plays a critical role in ensuring a working loaner pool for deployment to customers. Service loaners are secured by ZOLL customers for services being supplied to customer owned products.

Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years in a service coordination, logistics, or medical equipment support role required.
  • 2+ years of experience in service coordination, operations support, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Oracle Cloud
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Supply Chain, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Experience working in a regulated or healthcare environment is a plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical devices, or emergency response industry.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in regular service review meetings and help drive operational improvements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of service loaners to support all our customers.
  • Provide the Service Loaner Supervisor a status report on a daily basis
  • Scrap service loaners no longer needed
  • Central Point of Contact for field technicians to process their field loaner requests and manage the field loaner inventory
  • Communicate service loaner backorders and recovery in a timely manner
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment
  • Assume additional responsibilities as necessary
  • Comply with all policies and standards
