About The Position

Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring is looking for a customer facing candidate to join our team! A Loaner Advisor would work hand and hand with our service department to make sure our customers receive a grade-A experience when coming in for a loaner vehicle. In addition cashiering, scheduling appointments and greeting customers. Requirements

  • Must have valid driver’s license; with 2 or fewer moving violations
  • Ability to multitask in a high volume environment and build relationships with clients to ensure high level of customer service, return business and referrals
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematics skills

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming customer calls and making appointments
  • Greet all customers, identify them, and verify Loaner agreement and reservation
  • Facilitate the Courtesy Loaner Vehicle process; verifying and documenting all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience
  • Communicating with customers to answer questions and address concerns about their reservations or loaner car
  • Assigning customers to their appropriate loaner car
  • Checking loner car conditions and managing the fleet
