What You'll Do Loan Processing: Prepare and process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations and company policies. Title Management: Handle all aspects of vehicle titling, including preparing and submitting title applications, resolving any title-related issues, and coordinating with state agencies. Guest Interaction: Work directly with guests to explain financing options, answer questions, and provide support throughout the loan and title process. Compliance: Ensure all paperwork and documentation meet state and federal regulations, including privacy laws, credit application policies, and finance disclosures. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all loan and title transactions. Prepare reports and reconcile accounts as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and finance teams to provide a seamless experience for our guests. Communicate effectively with financial institutions to manage loan approvals and funding. Schedule: Monday - Saturday Variable Hours of: 8:00am-5:00 and 10:00 am to 7:00 pm 3 Saturdays / month 8:00am-5:00pm with set day off during the week when working Saturday Salary pay of $42,000-50,000/year based on relevant experience. What We're Looking For Experience: Previous experience in automotive finance, loan processing, or title management is preferred. Knowledge: Strong understanding of loan processing procedures, title regulations, and automotive sales processes. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Guest Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Technical Skills: Proficiency with finance and title software, as well as standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office). Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certification in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus. Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive finance, loan processing, or title management is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of loan processing procedures, title regulations, and automotive sales processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
