The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for protecting Dow Credit Union's security interests in its consumer and real estate loan portfolios. This position ensures the accuracy and integrity of loan documentation, maintains compliance with insurance, tax, escrow, and regulatory requirements, and delivers exceptional service to members, vendors, and internal partners. The Loan Servicing Specialist plays a critical role in safeguarding collateral, supporting regulatory reporting, and ensuring a high-quality servicing experience throughout the life of the loan. This position earns a competitive minimum starting rate of $19 an hour.
