We take pride in being a great place to work, and this enthusiasm is reflected in the relationships our team members foster with one another and with our customers.  Job SummaryWe are seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist- Temporary to coordinate and complete loan servicing actions from the point of request for non-consumer and consumer actions. You will maintain and ensure compliance with all regulations and procedures associated with loan servicing actions. High degree of accountability to ensure the protection of Association assets through the correct development and implementation of loan servicing documents. Once a loan servicing request is received, the teammate is responsible for drafting and reviewing loan documentation, verifying the Association's collateral position, and filing any necessary documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ of related experience.

  • Preferred, 2 Year / Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate loan servicing activities for both consumer and non-consumer actions, from the initial request through completion.
  • Includes prioritizing workloads, ensuring necessary documents are available and confirming compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure sufficient collateral is in place and perfect lien positions.
  • Additionally, the role must update tracking systems, review collateral for release, and work on special projects as assigned.
  • Coordination and partnership with teammates are also key to enhancing the customer experience.
