About The Position

As our Loan Servicing Specialist II, you will provide assistance to various Loan Officers and Loan Assistants during the lending process. This role is responsible for a variety of duties, such as uploading loans; processing payoff requests; extension/deferral agreements; verifying file maintenance; and other duties as assigned. This is a collaborative role in which a keen attention to detail is a plus! This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Hours vary depending on business needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, including Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as other job-related programs from generating loan documents.
  • Excellent math skills (additions, subtraction, multiplication, division, and counting).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Board new Consumer and Commercial loans to the system.
  • Apply Charge-Off, Non-Accrual, and Floor Plan payments/reversals/renewals.
  • Adhere to Mabrey’s EXCEED Customer Service Standards.
  • Perform Special Assets file maintenance in accordance to policies and procedures.
  • Uphold courteous and professional communications with teammates and customers.
