About The Position

Citizens First Bank is hiring a Loan Servicing Representative for our Loan Servicing Department! As a Loan Servicing Representative at Citizens First Bank, your primary responsibility will be to deliver excellent customer service regarding mortgage loan activities. While this role will involve training in all servicing areas, it may primarily focus on one specific area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required plus one to two years of related experience.
• Must be detail oriented, able to comprehend and accurately execute company policies, procedures and follow investor guidelines.
• Must be able to meet deadline and be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal and external customer service.
• Must have computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, keyboarding skills and ten-key calculator.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor degree plus two years of clerical experience in lending or in a related-banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to loan customers by telephone, in person, email, or mail
• Maintain accurate records of all communication with loan customers
• Schedule and prepare Loan Modification with principal reductions
• Process the set-up and the cancellation of ACH/EFT payments
• Complete verifications of mortgage loans
• Assist loan customers with Loss Draft Claims
• Process returned mail
• Mails notices and statements
• Image and verification of loan related documents
• Post loan payments, NSF, charge backs, payment reversal requests
