We're looking for a Loan Servicing Associate who is experienced, detail-oriented, and member-focused to join our team.

Requirements

• A high school diploma (college degree preferred)
• At least 2 years of loan servicing experience
• A strong communicator who’s equally comfortable in writing or on the phone
• A go-getter who brings a positive, professional attitude to every task
• Someone who’s tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office Suite
• A team player who's open to learning and ready to take on new responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Title tracking, processing, and maintenance
• Indirect leasing
• Consumer loan servicing, including auto, personal loans, and lines of credit, from booking to payoff
• Commercial auto loan servicing, from booking to payoff
• Insurance tracking and CPI placement
• Supporting communication through email, mail, internal requests, and phone calls.
