Loan Services Manager
About The Position
ACNB Bank, in beautiful and historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced and strategic banking professional to take ownership of our Loan Services Department — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence across our loan portfolio. Requirements
- 5+ years in loan servicing and banking operations, including at least 3 years leading teams;
- Strong command of loan servicing systems, processes, and compliance requirements (Fiserv DNA experience helpful);
- Expertise in commercial and consumer loans, residential mortgage loans helpful;
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows and drive process improvements;
- Strength in data analysis, reporting, and accuracy controls;
- A leadership style centered on clarity, coaching, and accountability;
- Ability to communicate solutions in a clear, practical, and actionable way.
Nice To Haves
