The Loan Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for loan data review, provide data support services, and preparation of Bank’s monthly/quarterly reporting of loan data quality.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of commercial lending experience preferably in loan servicing, loan assistance/support, or quality control related function.
• Knowledge of commercial bank loan system and loan data.
• Broad knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to commercial lending products.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment and on a collaborative basis.
• Desire to work in a dynamic and challenging environment characterized by sometimes changing priorities and short-term deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• College degree in general business or finance preferred

Responsibilities

• Review various commercial credit requests to ensure loan data integrity.
• Maintain an accurate log of work performed.
• Provide general guidance and data support to commercial lending teams.
• Update job aids and procedures for the department.
• Perform data analysis and reporting.
• Help maintain and update loan data dictionaries.
• Participate in compliance and audit requests.
• Support other ongoing Corporate Lending Administration projects.
