About The Position

As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will possess background experience, skills, and attributes: Collect, review, and verify borrower documentation to ensure complete and accurate loan files Communicate with borrowers to request additional information and provide status updates Order and review third-party documentation such as appraisals, title work, and verifications Prepare loan files for underwriting submission and ensure all required conditions are met Work closely with Loan Officers, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure timely and smooth closings Monitor loan pipeline and maintain organization to meet processing deadlines Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process Requirements Prior experience in loan processing or financial services preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously Knowledge of mortgage documentation, underwriting conditions, and closing procedures preferred We believe work and life should be meaningful and beneficial to our employees and the bank. Requirements

Prior experience in loan processing or financial services preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
Knowledge of mortgage documentation, underwriting conditions, and closing procedures preferred
