The primary purpose of this position is to assist Allegacy Federal Credit Union in living out its mission, “to help you make smart financial choices.” To achieve this goal the employee must provide outstanding service to both internal and external members. This position must accurately prepare and deliver closing documents within stated guidelines and timeframes. The results are completing sound loan files, developing a good member/credit union relationship, and increasing credit union assets. TLC Loan Processors will report to the AVP, Lending Development and Delivery. This position must be able to communicate effectively with members, loan interviewers, and underwriters. In processing, the individual will monitor queues and assign loan applications to the TLC Loan Interviewers. The individual will monitor the email box for members’ supporting documentation and upload to the members’ files. In addition, the individual must accurately prepare and deliver closing documents to members’ within allowed timeframes, review signed documents for accuracy and distribute loan funds appropriately. This position is responsible for teller activity on members’ accounts.
