This position's primary duties are to 1) order appraisals and title work, 2) file mortgages, 3) work TE's, 4) prepare loan documents on less complicated commercial and consumer loan products, 5) scan and index all loan documents. Essential Functions: Orders Appraisals, Title Work, NADA, Credit Reports, etc. Files Mortgages, forward to title companies, and follow-up on final title work. Enter loan data into document processing software on approved loans. Prepare and distribute to lenders accurate loan documentation. Must organize and prioritize incoming loan requests so that response times are met. Communicate with lenders to ensure proper selection of loan products and completion of loan documents. Complete pre-funding checklist. Ensure that loan documents are scanned and indexed in accordance with bank guidelines and ensure that all documents are properly executed. Reviews TE's (technical exceptions) upon scanning of documentation, researches and clears when applicable. Perform limited post-closing review for necessary documents. Has the ability to handle issues/problems that are basic and routine; refers more complex issues to senior staff. Has a general understanding of systems and products. Provides other support functions or roles. Assists with projects as assigned. Additional Functions: Other duties as assigned by management.
