About The Position

If you are motivated and believe in the credit union philosophy of "People Helping People," join our team! Position Overview This is an entry-level position that includes the receipt, review, and upload of all electronic documents related to the mortgage loan process to the Credit Union’s mortgage loan origination system, as well as facilitating MLO understanding of the electronic signature and documentation process. In this position, one is tasked with ensuring a smooth member experience and efficient gathering of vital information during the mortgage loan process. This position is in-office.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 0 years Required Relevant Years of Experience
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook
  • Able to key data accurately and efficiently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electronic document vendors i.e. DocMagic

Responsibilities

  • Upload eSigned member documents into the mortgage loan origination system
  • Resend email links to members as needed
  • Assist branch and lending contact center personnel with first mortgage electronic signature questions, concerns and issues
  • Scan ink-signed documents into ImageFlow
  • Print & mail physical documents as requested by MLOs
  • Answer in-bound and departmental phone calls
