About The Position

The Loan Operations Supervisor position is responsible for leading the Bank's Credit Card division and managing systems used for Credit Cards and loans. The Loan Operations Supervisor provides coaching and mentoring to team members while creating efficiencies in daily procedures by working with other departments and outside vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in loan/credit card operations, customer service, and leadership roles or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires exceptional verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work on and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Credit Card Support Team and other Loan Operations Team Members on a daily basis to ensure the team is staffed at all times.
• Assist with performance appraisals, disciplinary procedures, and career development plans.
• Participate in coaching and mentoring schedule.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses and create strategies to improve performance.
• Ensure delivery of a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations.
• Address inquiries and resolve customer issues in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
• Navigate multiple computer systems, researching and assessing customer and team needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
• Complete Booking, Balancing of GL's, settlements, maintenance, monitoring and reporting for Credit Cards and loans on time and accurately.
