LOAN OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
About The Position
The Loan Operations Specialist provides support in areas of the lending department and ensures accuracy on loan records and documents. This position is responsible for performing loan maintenance, as well as, assisting customers on the phone with loan and payment related questions. This position will also assist in the imaging and review of loan documents to the digital file, maintain document tracking lists, complete and review daily reports and balancing, process paid off loan files and the related correspondence, and maintain permanent files in the vault.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Strong computer skills (particularly in the area of Excel)
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and multi-task
- Attitude of a team player
Nice To Haves
- 6-months of Banking experience
- Knowledge of Loan Documents
