Loan Operations Spec
About The Position
We’re seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to support the processing and servicing of commercial loans, as well as installment, mortgage, and line-of-credit loans. This role ensures accurate loan boarding, payment and payoff processing, escrow disbursements, and collateral perfection/release. Requirements
- 1–3 years of related loan operations or banking experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Process and service new and existing commercial and non-commercial loans.
- Board loans, process payments/payoffs, and handle escrow disbursements.
- Complete collateral perfection and release procedures.
- Respond to customer and employee inquiries.
- Support departmental goals and comply with all regulations and Bank policies.
