About The Position

As a Loan Operations Servicing Associate, you utilize industry experience and knowledge to provide support to lending personnel and all other internal customers, creating and maintaining complete and accurate loan files. You will work within a portfolio of existing retail and commercial loans, accurately servicing loan accounts, reconciling general ledger accounts, and processing completed loan correspondence. Your knack for detail comes in handy as you are completing requests and reviewing documentation that is sent to external customers and maintaining excellent support documentation. Your communication with both external and internal customers will be key in providing great customer service. This role offers a high degree of daily variety and requires a flexible approach to changing priorities.

  • Knowledge or strong desire to learn facets or core servicing software and loan products and services

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to lending personnel and all other internal customers
  • Create and maintain complete and accurate loan files
  • Work within a portfolio of existing retail and commercial loans
  • Accurately service loan accounts
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Process completed loan correspondence
  • Complete requests and review documentation that is sent to external customers
  • Maintain excellent support documentation
  • Communicate with both external and internal customers to provide great customer service
