About The Position
The Loan Operations Analyst I is responsible for preparing reports for various loans and assists with a variety of tasks in loan servicing. Relies on instructions and procedures to perform the functions of this job.
Requirements
- Moderate to Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Other Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelors Degree Finance or Data Analytics and minimum 2 years Loan or Accounting Department preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice To Haves
- Jack Henry SilverLake, Cognos, and JHA Know Express (preferred, but not required).
Responsibilities
- Monitor and send recurring reports.
- Querying for ad-hoc data requests.
- Gather requirements for new reporting.
- Review loan coding.
- Provide training to other team members.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
