Requirements

Active NMLS license
2+ years of self-generated origination experience
Knowledge of loan programs and structuring
Coachable and hungry to grow

Responsibilities

Serve families with consultative guidance—helping them understand options and make confident decisions
Build referral relationships with realtors, financial advisors, and other partners
Manage your pipeline while Ops handles the heavy lifting
Participate in weekly L10s, 1x1 coaching, and team collaboration
Grow your production with systems designed to help you break through
