About The Position
Central Kentucky Ag Credit might be the place for you. We are looking for amazing people with a passion for assisting others as candidates for a Loan Officer Trainee in our Danville Branch Office. This role performs a wide range of loan processing, client support, and administrative activities to assist in evaluating and preparing loan applications. This is a regular, full-time non-exempt position that is eligible for overtime pay on hours worked over 40 during a work week based on the business needs and your availability. Daily participation at our on-location sites is an important part of our culture. Please be mindful of commute distance when considering applying. Requirements
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, or Finance.
- Strong analysis, judgment, and communication (oral and written) skills.
- Ability to be assertive and decisive in arriving at sound business decisions which serve the best interest of the borrower and the Association.
- Problem solving skills and ability to work in a team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Assists credit personnel in gathering complete, accurate and financial data on new and renewal loan applicants.
- Verifies credit and financial data; conducts appropriate credit and reference checks on prospective borrowers.
- Assists in loan servicing as assigned.
- Participates actively in business development and marketing programs.
- Assists in member, community, and public relations activities as assigned.
