Position Overview We’re hiring a Loan Officer / Business Development Lead to drive deal flow and help scale the lending platform. This role is centered on originating loans, building relationships, and owning the borrower experience from initial outreach through closing. This is an entrepreneurial position with strong upside for the right person. The Ideal Candidate Naturally builds trust and long-term relationships Experience in lending, real estate, or high-level sales Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results Understands deal flow and how to close business
