Reports To: Education Manager Job Purpose: Design, develop, and conduct training programs to meet the ongoing needs of loan operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three to five years of experience in loan processing, loan servicing, loan administration, or related loan operations roles.
  • Strong knowledge of loan documentation, servicing processes, and administrative loan functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and present training materials clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • Training, mentoring, or coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts need assessments and analyzes the training needs of Loan Processors, Loan Servicing Representatives, and Loan Administrative Specialists.
  • Creates design documents, course content, lesson plans, audio/visual aids, test criteria, handouts, learning aids, and evaluation/measurement tools for loan operations training programs.
  • Creates and maintains current training materials (participant guides, handouts, FAQs, job aids, etc.).
  • Documents change for review during internal and external audits.
  • Ensures training is compliant with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Implements and conduct group training sessions in loan processing, loan servicing, documentation standards, and administrative loan functions.
  • Choosing appropriate training methods depending upon the situation (simulations, mentoring, on‑the‑job training, classroom training, computer‑based training, etc.).
  • Reviews and enhances existing training materials to improve engagement, learning, and retention to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing learner feedback and ensures content meets business and operational needs.
  • Evaluates learner skills and on‑the‑job behaviors (pre‑ and post‑training intervention) and makes recommendations.
  • Provides direct feedback to team members to aid in the refinement of existing skills and the development of new skills.
  • Work closely with the Loan Support and Training Officer to ensure all training is covered.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
