Requirements
- High School Graduate or High School equivalency
- 1- 2 years loan operations/loan documentation experience preferred
- Decision Pro Software experience/knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of loan documentation
- Knowledge of loan policy and procedures
- Knowledge of real estate transactions
- Knowledge of loan related regulations
- Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
- Detail oriented
- Critical thinking skills
- Must work well under stress and deadlines
- Must be able to multi-task
- Daily attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
- Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
- Must work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
- Constant use of computer screens
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
- Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Nice To Haves
