Requirements

  • High School Diploma plus one (1) year of additional specialized education or equivalent.
  • Typing, PC proficiency (with Microsoft Office Products and loan documentation software).
  • Good written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of loan forms, processes, and procedures with attention to detail.
  • Minimum of one (1) year office experience.
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Loan Documentation Specialists are responsible for all activities required to prepare and process commercial loan documents, including commitment letters, new loan requests, loan renewals, material changes, and modifications.
  • Prepare commitment letters and loan closing documents, including real estate and non-real estate loans, in accordance with approvals and bank loan policy
  • Establish pre-closing checklists for tracking of approval conditions
  • Provide exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.
