Edit and Pre-Edit all loan documents for compliance with regulations, bank Policies, bank Procedures, and proper authority Loan Compliance and all Regulations including HMDA/CRA/RESPA/TIL/TRID/Flood Review consumer denials to ensure appropriately completed Responsible for identifying and tracking technical exceptions and loan covenants Responsible for identification and tracking of insurance coverage on loans and assist in gaining updated Evidence of Insurance when needed Ensure accurate and timely imaging of loan documents according to BancFirst procedures Review and balancing of general ledger accounts Work paid files and prepare payoff statements Communication with loan staff, primarily processors and lenders Assist customers with loan questions by phone and in person Provide exceptional customer service at all times Share responsibility for completion of all departmental objectives Perform other job duties and special projects as assigned Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
