About The Position

The purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of all business objectives at the start of the mortgage process in operations. · Assists with “new loan set up” for mortgages applications · Assists mortgage loan processors and closers with follow-up documentation · Performs related office duties

Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/divisions
  • Ability to multi-task and be proactive
  • Strong computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with Accounting terms and procedures (e.g., debits, credits, General Ledgers, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to type 50 wpm
  • Reporting skills, administrative writing skills, managing processes, organization, analyzing information, professionalism, problem solving, supply management
