About The Position
Following established company policies and procedures, assists Loan Officers in the following essential functions.
Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English
Nice To Haves
- College degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required.
- Experience in lending or banking preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare new and renewed underwriting packages.
- Order Credit reports, OFAC, Entity & UCC lien searches.
- Support Loan Officers in loan closing and funding.
- Assist Loan Officers with various account monitoring activities.
- Upload the credit files into FCM imaging system.
- Respond to customers' inquiries.
- Handle daily loan transactions & outgoing wire transfers.
