Requirements

Proficient with Microsoft applications
Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice To Haves

College degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required.
Experience in lending or banking preferred, but not required.
Bilingual in English and Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare new and renewed underwriting packages.
Order Credit reports, OFAC, Entity & UCC lien searches.
Support Loan Officers in loan closing and funding.
Assist Loan Officers with various account monitoring activities.
Upload the credit files into FCM imaging system.
Respond to customers' inquiries.
Handle daily loan transactions & outgoing wire transfers.
