About The Position

FirsTier Bank is a family-owned community bank currently servicing 12 markets throughout Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska. We are currently searching for a Loan Administrator to join our Fort Collins, Colorado team. Enjoy a rewarding career while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Job Description Works with lenders to facilitate the processing and servicing of new and existing loans ensuring compliance with regulatory as well as FirsTier Bank operating policies and procedures. Job duties include, but are not limited to the following: Review of daily loan reports Process loan payments and Loan advances Follow up on any loan document deficiencies Prepare loan document input request forms Upload loans into core systems Disburse loan proceeds Responsible for loan maintenance Imaging of all loan packages Simplifile DOT’s & DOR’s Filing of UCC’s and EFS with the Secretary of State Releases of Collateral (Titles, UCC’s/EFS’ and DOT’s) Assist with customer inquiries Wire initiation Responsible for maintaining and balancing/reconciliation of any related accounts Assist with portfolio management as needed Additional related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Loan Administration and Customer Service: 2 years (required)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent math skills.
  • Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity.
  • Thorough understanding of customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience working directly with the public preferred.
  • Loan administration experience
