An entry level position responsible for basic loan administration, loan accounting, content management, credit support, and other office administration work. Administers simple to moderately complex loan portfolios and effectively responds to customer service inquiries on a routine basis. Supports business development efforts by providing excellent and knowledgeable customer service as a first line of contact via face-to-face interactions and/or telephone conversations. Communicates with external parties and internal departments involved in the customer and loan relationship.
