The Loan Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to their Supervisor and Lending Staff. This role involves greeting visitors, answering telephones, managing mail and correspondence, gathering data, compiling various reports for management, photocopying materials, maintaining files, and issuing correspondence. A key aspect of the position is promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations, with a particular emphasis on Lending. The assistant must also ensure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations.
