Responsible for loan administration, content management, credit servicing action support. Support loan servicing efforts by providing thorough and knowledgeable customer service via telephone conversations and/or electronic forms of communication. Facilitates external parties and internal departments involved in the customer and loan relationship. This position handles routine, repetitive transactions and customer requests that are simple to moderately complex. The incumbent will demonstrate foundational knowledge of the core skills and functions in loan administration, loan accounting, and customer service; and will navigate supporting information systems with limited oversight. Will be knowledgeable of CFC product lines and communicate servicing status updates with customers in detail.
