Requirements

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to follow and enforce detailed instructions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs and work in confined spaces as needed.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity.
• Maintain balance and coordination on uneven or moving surfaces.
• Steel-toe boots, pants, safety vest, safety glasses, and hard hat are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the re-bagging operations for sugar.
• Ensure that team members follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Monitor and maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Accurately complete and manage all necessary paperwork.
• Report daily progress and any issues to management.
