We are looking for a detail-oriented Loading and Fiberglass Detailing Specialist to join our dynamic team and help ensure seamless operations that keep our products moving efficiently to dealers and customers. As our Loading and Fiberglass Detailing Specialist, you’ll be right in the action; supporting loading, detailing, and preparation processes that maintain our high standards of quality and safety. Whether it's inspecting fiberglass pools, assisting with repairs, or coordinating shipments, you'll play a key role in helping our team (and our dealer network) deliver backyard memories on time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, detailing, or warehouse operations (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Experience operating power tools like grinders, buffers, saws, and sanders
  • Strong attention to detail and safety focus
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in outdoor, hands-on environments
  • Ability to manage tasks under time pressure and climb ladders
  • Self-motivated with knowledge of chemical handling and DOT regulations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with fiberglass or gelcoat repair (Preferred)
  • Experience in operating Lift Trucks, Cranes and/or SkyTrak lifts (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with loading and unloading fiberglass swimming pools and equipment using lift trucks, cranes, or other tools
  • Inspect, detail, and perform minor repairs on fiberglass pools in preparation for shipment or site storage
  • Document and record inspections, repairs, and product releases electronically
  • Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe after each shift
  • Support monthly inventory counts and work overtime as needed to meet delivery schedules
  • Collaborate with site team members, including lift operators, to meet deadlines in a fast-paced outdoor environment
  • Handle chemicals safely, dispose of waste properly, and comply with DOT regulations
