Requirements
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime when scheduled
- Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Prior warehouse, loader, or material‑handling experience preferred (training provided for qualified candidates)
- Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment to safely load products onto delivery vehicles
- Inspect products for damage, defects, or quality issues and report concerns promptly
- Verify correct products, quantities and specifications to ensure order accuracy
- Arrange loads to maximize trailer space while minimizing imbalance, unnecessary movement, and product damage
- Ensure proper weight distribution to maintain load stability and reduce transportation risk
- Conduct preliminary equipment safety checks and verify trailer size, trailer numbers, and order documentation
- Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking product movement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to meet daily loading goals
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), company policies, and OSHA safety standards
