Requirements

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime when scheduled
• Prior warehouse, loader, or material‑handling experience preferred (training provided for qualified candidates)
• Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse, loader, or material‑handling experience preferred (training provided for qualified candidates)
• Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks preferred

Responsibilities

• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment to safely load products onto delivery vehicles
• Inspect products for damage, defects, or quality issues and report concerns promptly
• Verify correct products, quantities and specifications to ensure order accuracy
• Arrange loads to maximize trailer space while minimizing imbalance, unnecessary movement, and product damage
• Ensure proper weight distribution to maintain load stability and reduce transportation risk
• Conduct preliminary equipment safety checks and verify trailer size, trailer numbers, and order documentation
• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking product movement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to meet daily loading goals
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), company policies, and OSHA safety standards
