About The Position

This position is responsible for proper chasing and loading of live turkeys into live haul trailers to minimize the condemn bird rate and remain in compliance with the humane handling policy. This position is responsible for the maintenance of loading equipment and may require bending, twisting, and tightly gripping consistently, and must be able to lift turkey while loading.

Requirements

• Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild, or exotic fowl to be considered.
• Must have less than 6 attendance points to be considered.
• This position requires lifting 60 lbs.
• Candidate must be willing to submit to a post offer drug screen and Health Assessment.
• Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to three (3) times of employment.
• 3 Months Work History with the Same Employer
• 3x Times Worked Maximum with Tyson Foods
• 90 Day Rehire Waiting Period
