About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate front-end loader to feed plant and maintain material stockpiles Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation Monitor material quality and communicate issues promptly Assist with plant cleanup and support production activities as needed Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
Requirements
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production setting
- Strong awareness of safety standards and commitment to compliance
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude for routine equipment checks
- Reliable and punctual with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Operate front-end loader to feed plant and maintain material stockpiles
