This hands-on position is responsible for pulling, staging, loading, and unloading rental inventory with precision, care, and efficiency. Working closely with the Load Lead and Warehouse team, the Load Team Member ensures all outgoing and incoming orders are accurate, protected, and aligned with Found’s quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a team-first mindset in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Requirements
- 1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred (event rental or hospitality a plus)
- Ability to lift and move heavy rental items (up to 60 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily loading and unloading of trucks
- Pull, stage, and prepare inventory for upcoming deliveries
- Confirm item counts and accuracy before trucks depart
- Ensure items are returned to designated locations upon off-load
- Load items securely and safely to prevent transport damage
- Follow ready-to-rent processes and quality check procedures
- Identify and report missing, damaged, or unclean items
- Coordinate with Load Lead regarding repair or cleaning needs
- Maintain clear aisles, exits, and loading zones
- Follow proper material handling and lifting techniques
- Uphold safety standards at all times
- Support compliance with California meal and rest break laws
- Work efficiently to meet projected loading timelines
- Support warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Assist with special warehouse projects as assigned
- Communicate openly with Load Lead and Warehouse Supervisor
