About The Position

Load Planning & Logistic Coordinator Key Responsibilities Daily Load Coordination Assist in building and assigning outbound and inbound shipments in our TMS system Enter and verify shipment data with high accuracy Help optimize load planning based on delivery schedules and capacity Monitor shipment status and update internal systems in real time Communication & Customer Support Communicate with carriers, warehouse teams, and customer service regarding scheduling and shipment updates Respond to delivery inquiries and provide timely updates Support issue resolution for delays, appointment changes, or documentation discrepancies Act as a bridge between operations and customers to ensure smooth communication Systems & Data Management Perform consistent, accurate data entry across TMS, SAP, and tracking systems Verify Bills of Lading (BOL), PODs, and appointment confirmations Maintain clean and organized digital records Update shipment tracking and visibility platforms Performance Support Help track key performance metrics (on-time pickup/delivery, load accuracy, etc.) Identify discrepancies or gaps in shipment data Support process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse coordination, customer service, or data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high-volume data
  • Comfortable using Excel and web-based systems
  • Strong communication skills (email + phone)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and dependable

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with TMS systems or SAP
  • Experience working with carriers or customer accounts
