About The Position
The Load-Out Associate is crucial for providing excellent customer experiences by safely and efficiently loading customer-purchased items into vehicles. This role also supports warehouse operations through merchandise organization, order verification, and inventory location using handheld devices. As a frontline team member, the Load-Out Associate embodies Nellis Auction's dedication to professionalism, value creation, and outstanding service.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of warehouse or customer-facing experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer/data entry skills required
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills are a plus!
Responsibilities
- Safely and professionally load purchased merchandise into customer vehicles.
- Required to meet performance standards and KPI
- Verify outgoing orders and ensure accuracy of items.
- Maintain and organize merchandise racks and consolidation areas.
- Use hand-held scanners or mobile devices to locate inventory quickly and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with the Customer Experience team to ensure timely service.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Demonstrate Nellis Auction’s Core Values at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
