Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Load-In Supervisor responsible to meet daily and weekly goals, while also meeting quality, accuracy, and safety objectives. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related focus, required.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills,with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work overtime or weekends depending on the business need, required.
- Remote work not available for this position.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in English, required.
- Ability to work after hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays are required depending on business need.
- Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean DMV record.
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
Nice To Haves
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
- Experience with Rockwell Automation products.
- Food and Beverage background experience.
- Analyzation and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to interpret one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams.

- Total Rewards: $68,640 - $75,000 / YEAR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
