Our growing client is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation representative will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of workers' compensation claims, return-to-work and light-duty programs, leave administration (FMLA, ADA, WC, disability, personal leave). This position ensures compliance, timely communication, accurate documentation, and alignment between HR and the department. Must have benefits managing leave of absence programs to be considered for this role! The position is an employee-facing and roles that that leads and manages WC cases, ensures accurate benefits coordination, and directly supports injury-related investigations and OSHA reporting.
