As the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator, you will serve as the functional owner of the LMS for reporting, training, and end user support. In addition, you will contribute to the organization and execution of Plastipak's continued learning programs. You Will: Serve as day-to-day administrator of the LMS platform Troubleshoot system issues and act as primary support contact for end users Support trainers, instructional designers and course content owners with course creation, uploads, testing and maintenance Maintain course catalog, learning paths and end-user resources Partner with LMS vendor to resolve issues and optimize system performance Produce reports and learning analytics Conduct quality reviews of e-learning content for clarity, consistency and LMS functionality Coordinate logistics and materials for Plastipak Academy leadership development programs Maintain program support materials, such as program marketing assets, learning maps, participant workbooks and other learner resources Maintain Plastipak Academy documentation and the Plastipak Academy internal web pages You Have: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent preferred 3+ years of LMS administration, HRIS, or other HR enterprise system experience 2+ years of end-user functional support experience Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly Experience creating training materials is a plus Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Well-honed problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities High attention to detail Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Additional Details: This is a fully in-office role located at our corporate headquarters in Plymouth, Michigan.
