  • Strong service orientation and communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly and patiently to user queries.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing enrolments, attendance, and course data.
  • Comfort working with digital tools such as video conferencing platforms, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage routine tasks, and follow established processes reliably.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional EU languages are an asset).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with professional training, adult learning, or continuing education environments.
  • Basic experience with reporting or data exports from LMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with professional education on technical topics, especially raw materials or advanced materials, is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Based on periodic reviews, update courses and curricula as needed, as well as support with the removal of courses and curricula at the end of the course lifecycle
  • Define processes that support instructional designers provide you with the necessary information for setting up a course accurately.
  • Manage the administration of the Learning Management System, including user and user profile management, enrolments and updates, permissions, and paywall management
  • Ensure that training programs are correctly configured and accessible to learners and instructors.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for supporting the learners participating in Academy courses
  • Respond to questions and issues related to access, enrolment, navigation, attendance, assessments, and certificates, ensuring timely and professional support.
  • Support trainers and course administrators in using the LMS, particularly for blended and hybrid learning formats
  • Assist with course setup, participant management, attendance tracking, webinar integration, and troubleshooting during course delivery.
  • Support the operational aspects of online and hybrid courses, including webinar scheduling, virtual classroom setup, attendance tracking, and coordination with trainers and learners before and during live sessions.
  • Help maintain accurate learner records, attendance logs, and completion data within the LMS
  • Support the generation of reports related to course participation, completion, and learner progress
  • Use the standard reports, as well as custom reports available in Cornerstone
  • Support the setup and administration of certificates, badges, and learning outcomes within the LMS
  • Ensure learner data is accurate and complete to support credential issuance and alignment with defined competency or skills frameworks.
  • Document common issues, FAQs, and workflows related to LMS and training delivery
  • Suggest improvements to processes, user guides, and support materials to enhance the learner and trainer experience.
  • Work closely with Education Managers, QA, Operations, and Communications colleagues to ensure LMS activities align with program requirements, reporting needs, and quality standards
