About The Position

In this internship, you will conduct research on Large Language Model (LLM) and Agentic AI to address academic and industrial challenges. A few of your key responsibilities will include: Collaborate with mentors and other colleagues to integrate the developed methods into prototype systems for Bosch applications such as AI agents, RAG, engineering assistance, information extraction, etc. Summarize research findings in high-quality NLP conference papers (e.g., ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, AAAI, NeurIPS) and/or patent submissions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled and pursing a Ph.D. or Master in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Strong research experience in natural language processing, machine learning, and related fields.
• Hands-on experience on large language models, including training, fine-tuning, and prompting.
• Hands-on experience on state-of-the-art NLP / AI libraries and toolkits
• Good communication and team-working skills
• Minimum GPA of 3.0

Nice To Haves

• Publication record in top NLP or machine learning venues (e. g. ACL, EMNLP, AAAI, NAACL, TACL).
• R&D experiences on LLM based agents, task planning / decomposition, and reasoning.
• R&D experiences on retrieval-augmented generation.
• R&D experiences on multi-modal foundation models.
• R&D experiences on reinforcement learning
