About The Position
As a Live Streaming Studio Supervisor at MGM Grand, you will lead a unique and innovative virtual gaming experience. This role involves setting a collaborative, high-energy tone for a team focused on guest service, entertainment, and adaptability. You will supervise daily operations, manage staff scheduling, ensure adherence to department and regulatory standards, resolve guest complaints, and provide training, coaching, and development to Game Presenters. Additionally, you will support continuous training initiatives and employee engagement, contributing to the future of live streaming at MGM Grand. The ideal candidate is dedicated, creative, and passionate about leadership.
Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience in hospitality, entertainment, or front-facing guest service is required
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Game Presenter performance, ensuring exceptional guest service, consistent execution, and adherence to departmental policies and procedures
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of Game Presenters, including ongoing coaching, performance development, and reinforcement of standards
- Address escalated guest concerns, resolve gameplay errors in real time, and document incidents as required
- Monitor studio operations, including technical performance and staffing levels, stepping in as a Game Presenter when needed
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment
- Supervise daily operations
- Oversee staff scheduling
- Uphold department and regulatory standards
- Resolve guest complaints
- Train Game Presenters while providing ongoing coaching and development
