About The Position

As a Live Shopping Moderator, you operate behind the scenes in real time while the host is live. You are responsible for: Managing product pins Answering viewer questions rapidly Driving urgency in comments Deploying promotions Monitoring performance metrics Supporting the host in maximizing conversions You must be fast, sales-minded, and highly detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Review weekly Run of Show (ROS) strategy
Log into platform resources 1 hour prior: Desktop streamer app & live dashboard, Seller Center, Moderator handle
Load product set
Pre-set eligible promotions (coupons, flash sales, GWP)
Pin and rotate products strategically
Respond to comments in real time
Deploy flash sales, giveaways, engagement tactics
Support host with sizing, feature, and FAQ answers
Monitor engagement + purchasing trends
Push one planned CRM message if available
Record KPIs within 30 minutes into master tracking doc
Screenshot dashboard + send to Slack
Upload 1–3 minute screen recording recap
Participate in optimization discussions
Advising on sizing and fit
Speaking confidently about fabrics, styles, and comfort
Helping viewers purchase confidently
