About The Position

You will host TikTok Live shopping streams where you:
Engage viewers in real time
Demonstrate and model products
Answer live questions
Drive urgency and conversion
Create an entertaining, high-energy shopping experience

For fashion specifically, this includes modeling clothing, discussing fit/fabric/sizing, and helping viewers purchase confidently.

For other verticals (wellness, fitness, food/bev), this includes product education, benefits breakdown, and live demonstrations.

This is a sales-forward role. Energy and stamina matter — most streams run 2–3+ hours.

Requirements

• Extremely comfortable on camera
• Natural salesperson
• High energy for extended periods
• Strong improviser
• Loves TikTok and understands live engagement
• Coachable and performance-driven
• Comfortable working toward sales targets
• Modeling different clothing styles
• Discussing sizing and fit transparently
• Advising viewers on what would work for their body type
• Speaking confidently about fabrics, comfort, and styling

Responsibilities

• Host scheduled TikTok Live shopping streams
• Sustain high energy and strong on-camera presence for full duration
• Confidently speak to product features, benefits, and FAQs
• Create urgency using flash sales, giveaways, limited-time offers
• Collaborate with your moderator during the live to maximize sales
• Review product briefs and strategy prior to each show
• Participate in bi-weekly optimization calls with internal team
